PeopleSoft (Oracle) Accounts


PeopleSoft (Oracle) is the software system used for the Financial, Human Resources, and Student databases.

Financial

The Financial database consists of general ledger, accounts payable, budget, purchasing and financial reports. In order to obtain access to the various financial applications, you must have a PeopleSoft Financial System Operator Id and be granted access to the application. To obtain access to the Finance System, an access form must be completed and signed by the applicant’s Supervisor or Department Head. The form can be found at: http://www.uhv.edu/Finance/Forms.aspx#Access Send the completed forms to the Finance Office.

Human Resources

The PeopleSoft HRMS system consists of human resources and payroll. In order to obtain access to the HR applications, you must have a PeopleSoft HRMS Operator Id and be granted the appropriate access to the application. To obtain an HRMS Operator Id, a PeopleSoft HRMS Operator Id Request form must be completed and signed by the applicant's Dean or Department Head. Send the completed form to the Human Resources Office.

Student

The PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system consists of Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Financials, and Student Records. In order to obtain access to the Campus Solutions applications, you must first have an active PeopleSoft Employee Id and be granted access to the appropriate application(s). Submit the completed Campus Solutions System Security Access Request Form to the Campus Security Administrator (Registrar).
