Audio/Video Equipment Reservation

Step 1: Decide what AV equipment will be needed, when you would like it set up and if any special needs, i.e. training/instructions on the equipment will be needed.

Step 2: Fill out the following form and submit 72 hours before event.

Step 3: Show up 30 minutes early on the day of the event to go over setup.
