Student Senate is selling DVDs of your commencement for $18.00 each, by pre-order only. If you are interested in owning a copy of your commencement, please fill out and submit this form. Please attach a check or money order to this form if you send it by mail, or feel free to stop by the Student Services Office where we'll accept cash (exact change, please) or checks.
