Regalia, Invitations, & Class Rings

The University of Houston-Victoria will conduct the spring commencement ceremony on May 11, 2013. The Victoria College Bookstore and the Sugar Land Bookstore will have your graduation regalia available in the store for purchase beginning March 18, 2013.

There are 2 ways to purchase your graduation regalia:

  1. Visit the Victoria College Bookstore or the Sugar Land Bookstore to try on gowns during posted store hours
    • Victoria College Bookstore: Monday- Thursday 8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
    • Sugar Land Bookstore: Monday-Thursday 7:45 a.m. - 5 p.m., Friday 7:45 a.m.-1 p.m.
  2. Order online from the Victoria College Bookstore

Graduation Regalia

Bachelor Regalia Package:
The Bachelor's package includes the black one-size-fits-all cap, black gown, and black tassel.

$25.99 + tax (8.25%) = $28.13 + shipping (optional) $9.95 = $38.08

Master Regalia Package:
The Master's package includes your black one-size-fits-all cap, black gown, black tassel, and colored hood. The color of the hood depends on the degree you will be receiving. Please be aware that the black gown in the bachelor's package is different than the gown in the master's package.

Your hood color is determined by the degree you will be receiving.
Blue hood for Master of Education
Drab hood for Master of Business Administration
White hood for Master of Arts
Gold hood for Master of Science
Apricot hood for Master of Science in Nursing

$53.99 + tax (8.25%) = $58.44 + shipping (optional) $9.95 = $68.39

Announcement/Ring Information

There will be a Jostens representative available in Victoria on March 27, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on March 28, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to take announcement and ring orders. The rep will be set up at the Victoria College Bookstore.

A Jostens representative will also be available on the Sugar Land campus to take announcement and ring orders on March 21, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The rep will be set up at the George Building room 106. You can also place your order by phone from Jostens at (800)854-7464 or online at www.jostens.com

Another option you have to order your class ring is through Balfour. You can place your order from Balfour by phone at (877)225-3687 or online at www.balfour.com
