Ordering Information

Kevin Jordan 2013 Commencement Photo Order Form
  • We will only photograph graduates who preorder. . You can preorder photos by using this form. Orders can be placed via fax or phone with a credit card. You can also mail your order with a check to the studio by the deadline.

  • We will be available on Commencement Day prior to the ceremony to take orders also. We will have a table near the check-in point. However, package prices will be higher after the preorder deadline, which is May 10th at 5:00 p.m.

  • Commencement photo orders will be delivered within four to six weeks from the ceremony.

Photo Checklist

To ensure the best possible photo, please follow these guidelines:

  • Pull your hair back on the left side so that your face is visible. Hairpin your tassel to the back edge of your cap so that it won't swing into your face. Master's candidates must pin their tassel to the back of their hat. Also, hairpin your hat to your head.

  • Master's wear tassel on left; Bachelor's wear tassel on right.

  • Please realize that there is no time for a "posed" shot as you cross the stage. Do not rush! Take your time & look at the photographer when receiving your diploma.

  • Master's Candidates--when receiving your hood, please look ahead at the photographer as the Dean places your hood over your head. If your cap is knocked off, please hold it in your hands. Do not try to put it back on your head.

All Graduates - Accepting Diploma

  1. Receive your diploma from presenter.
  2. Shake hands & look at presenter and smile.
  3. Photo is 1/2 to 3/4 length.

Graduate Candidates - Hooding

  1. Look straight ahead.
  2. Let the Dean place your hood over your head.
  3. Turn and shake Dean's hand.
