The University of Houston-Victoria gladly offers Conference Housing as a service to groups desiring basic accommodations in an academic setting. Affordable accommodations are available for a variety of groups including camps (academic, sport and church), business meetings and organizational conferences and/or retreats. Our facilities are an exceptional value and provide a clean, well-maintained accommodation for your group.

Conference housing is currently available in Jaguar Hall in Summer 2013 between May and August (outside of Spring and Fall semesters).
- Common area in building to enhance community building for your group.
- Each room is equipped with either one or two beds, mattresses, desks, dressers, flat screen TV, private bathroom and a mirror.
- Laundry facilities are available.
- Optional services include:
- Linen packets
- Internet Service
- Dining Services
- Meeting and classrooms
- Audio visual equipment
Jaguar Hall double room
Jaguar Hall – This facility features both single and double occupancy rooms with private bathrooms in each room. The furniture is movable. There is a lounge on the first floor in addition to the common area. For more information about Jaguar Hall, click here.
Jaguar Court – It features single, double and triple rooms with movable furniture and private bathrooms. There is a lounge for small group gatherings or community programming. For more information about Jaguar Court, click here..
Jaguar Suites – Opening Fall of 2013, Jaguar Suites will feature suite arrangements; 4 bedroom suites with two rooms to a bathroom.
Room Rates for Jaguar Hall
- Single Room: $45.00/night
- Double Room: $55.00/night

- Internet: $2.00 (groups under 50) / $5.00 (groups 50-100) / $7.00 (groups 100+)
UH Dining provides dining services on the UHV campus. Conference groups may use on-campus dining facilities, or may request special meals through Jaguar Dining. Catering menu can be accessed by clicking here. All meals must be negotiated directly with Aramark by contacting Tina Barrera 361-485-4407. Standard conference meal costs are:
- Breakfast: $6.00 7:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m.
- Lunch: $7.00 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
- Dinner: $8.00 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Meal serving times are standard; special arrangements can be made if those times do not work for your group.

Internet access in the rooms can be provided on request by the Facilities Sales Coordinator. Access to computer labs and printers can also be arranged. Special arrangements can be made for a computer set-up for the group.
Wireless access is available in all areas and can be made available to access on request by the Facilities Sales Coordinator after completion of Wireless IT form(link).
Audio/Visual equipment and multimedia services can be provided for your meetings upon request and subject to availability. Many of our meeting rooms are equipped for presentations and internet access. Microphones and podiums are available.
Meeting Spaces and Classrooms
Jaguar Hall has several meeting spaces of varying sizes available in the residence hall upon request and subject to availability. The University Center (UC), University West (UW) and UHV Small Business Development Center (SBDC) have meeting spaces available for rent. Information on those spaces can be found here (link).
Parking is available in lots adjacent to all UHV buildings and both Jaguar Hall and Jaguar Court. A UHV map can be viewed http://www.uhv.edu/CampusMap.html.
