UHS at Sugar Land Recovery Team

Building Maintenance Manager (BMM)
Administrative Coordinator (AC)
- Immediately upon center closure, Technical Services
Manager is to change outgoing switchboard message and to
inform Webmaster to change Web site home page to reflect the
center closure.

Coordinate all recovery activities through responsible UHV
Departments (D, TSM, BMM, AC)

Secure restricted access to facility, working with UHDPS
and local law enforcement agencies (D, BMM, AC)

Follow UHV Facilities Services Recovery Team guidelines
for facility preparation and recovery assessment (BMM)

Work with UHV Finance Department, UHV Business Services,
and UHV Human Resources to ensure proper documentation, to
secure emergency funds, and to make necessary payroll
arrangements (AC).

Evaluate technology infrastructure status and initiate
strategy for restoring critical technology function (TSM)

Evaluate timeline for resumption of classes and academic
support services (including Library) at facility or at
alternate sites (D, TSM, BMM, AC)
