Payment Options

Online Payments

Students can view their accounts and make online payments using E-checks, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover by accessing their MyUHV Student Account at https://www.uhv.edu/LoginMyUHV.aspx and using the following navigation:

UHV Self-Service ⇒ Student Financials ⇒ Make a Payment

Students must have their 7 digit PeopleSoft Student ID number and MyUHV password to access their account.

Sorry, we are not able to accept Visa. There is a 1.96% convenience fee (subject to change annually) associated with credit card payments; this is a non-refundable fee. There is no convenience fee associated with E-checks.

When mailing payment, please make checks payable to University of Houston-Victoria and include the student's full name and Student ID number on the check to ensure accurate posting of payments.

Please remember payments must be received and posted to the student's account by the end of business on the Tuition and Fee Payment Due Date, regardless of the postmarked date. Students can verify that their payments have been received by accessing their MyUHV Student Account at https://www.uhv.edu/LoginMyUHV.aspx and using the following navigation:

In-Person Payments

Cash, personal check, cashier's check and money order payments can be made at the Finance Office in Room 115 of the University West Building at the Victoria campus between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday – Thursday or from 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Friday, other than when summer flex hours are in effect and offices close at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.

In-person payments are not accepted at the Sugar Land or Cinco Ranch campuses.

Wire Transfer

Students can contact the Bursar's Office at (361) 570-4813 or billing@uhv.edu to get the instructions for sending a wire transfer to UHV.
